The Beatles Now on iTunes

Apple's "Tomorrow is just another day. That you'll never forget." announcement was heavily hyped with the company placing a full page image on its homepage. Many speculated it would be a live subscription streaming serv end of the year. And if anything is for sure, today will be a day that Beatles fans will not forget.

I do agree that Apple saying that we will never forget this day is a bit dramatic. Then again, Apple didn't get us all hyped, the Media and tech blogs did.

Also, how would we expect a new feature in iTunes when Apple just updated it and announced new features just two months ago?

Apple does not hype us, we hype ourselves and with it comes disappointment. You know that just the Beatles coming to iTunes isn't the thing that we will never forget right? It is the power that was justified by Apple in this situation, they ARE taking over. The one company that we saw stand up and fight for none of their songs on iTunes, gave truce. The Beatles aren't the only thing, but they are something.
