@Declan Mulholland Steve Jobs is known to reply to e-mail's, however the e-mail could have been spoofed. And as we can't see the headers that will remain a mystery.

@Michael Nicholl you also spelt customer, diss and e-mail wrong. The email is originally supposed to be eMail, but now it is email. Although the spelling of email is debatable, e-mail's should have been e-mails or emails.
