How to Setup Kinect for Xbox 360

Just bought a brand new Kinect and somewhat baffled on the first steps toward setting it up? This brief tutorial will walk you through the simple steps on how to setup Kinect with your Xbox 360. This is a universal tutorial for the old console (fat Xbox 360) as well as the newer consoles (slim Xbox 360).

Watch this brief tutorial video and you will be interacting with your Kinect in no time.

I'm going to be very blunt but honest, I paused the video after the first part with the 4 small video playbacks in the one frame.
This has got to be the most pointless video I've ever seen on Youtube.
You basically re-stated the easiest thing anybody can possibly do, which is easily shown in the "quick start guide."

To hook something up, you plug it in. That is all you did. 2 minutes and 19 seconds to plug a cable or two into the console?
Really? Did you have to make a video about this? This is going to be the video I'm unsubscribing due to.

Perhaps if it needed some special programming or settings changed it would have been worthwhile.

Sorry, but that's my honest opinion, harsh but true.

Not a bad video Byron. It's certainly one of your shortest but nonetheless.

Spencer, don't be too harsh ;)

I guess this is not a bad video after all. Thanks for sharing this. Spencer, this is just a video that summarizes whatever information shown on the quick connect guide. True, yet, you don't need to be too harsh. ;)
