ÜberTwitter for iPhone Overview

By far the most well known Twitter client for the BlackBerry Operating System is ÜberTwitter. Well, the guys over at TweetUp, the developer of the app decided to dive into the vast and magical world of the iOS app store, with ÜberTwitter for iPhone.

The app it self is pretty ordinary, with tweets displayed on the main page in the normal, vertically scrolling fashion. By simply pressing one of these tweets, you have the option to @reply, direct message the user, favorite the tweet, etc. 

Tweet creation is, as you would expect, pretty good with features such as geo-tagging support, image upload to TwitPic and a very nifty drafts function that allows you to resume typing a tweet at a later time. 

The new version, version 1.0.3, also includes support for TwitLonger, hence meaning you can tweet over 140 characters, a feature we've seen implemented on the absolutely brilliant Twitter client for iPhone, Twitter for iPhone.

Other than that, I've found that ÜberTwitter is a box-standard client that lacks any mind-blowing new UI tweak or feature that would make it my new primary Twitter client for my iOS devices.

Good video!
After watching i actually went to download this app and I noticed that it changed a bit within the beta version. After noticing this I rewatched the video and yes indeed the beta of the app had changed...i'm simply posting this in case you were interested. That aside great video keep it up!
