Apple's Outrageous Act

Apple has just today filed a lawsuit against HTC. Apple is saying that HTC is violating their patents. I like Apple, but what they did today is outrageous! The patents they are complaining about are very broad. This really pisses me off, but I should have seen it coming. Anyways, post your thoughts in the comments section below!

I think it's smart of Apple to sort of control the industry. Not too fair, but very smart.

I think what apple did was completely fair. They have patents on their inventions because they took years and millions to dvelop. Why should other companies profit from the work apple has done. There is nonproblem with competition from other companies however they should not steal from Apple by infringing on their patents

i love apple but some of those things they didn't even invent they just filled patents on stupid things that other companies weren't greedy enough to patent

yeah it is smart of apple to do this because they may be using it as way to get to google and windows

Apple is being very fair! Yes, the patents are broad, but they were granted to Apple by the US patent office, so basically, Apple has every right to do this wether you like it/its fair or not! Move on.
