Apple sued: Over the iPhone's liquid sensors

A class action lawsuit against Apple is saying that the company relies on faulty technology in its iPhones to determine whether the device has been exposed to liquid and can be repaired under warranty, CNET reports.

Filed in April 15, the class action lawsuit claims that the Liquid Submersion Indicators technology that Apple uses is inaccurate, which could lead to false positive results.

Basically, Apple is being sued for breach of warranty, fraud, and unfair business practices.
