App Review: Apple Store

This app does exactly what you would think it would. It connects you to the Apple Store wherever you are. With this app you can buy Apple products, accessories, find stores near you and shows any recent front page Apple news. It comes complete with almost every feature of the online Apple Store.             

This app has a nice layout that looks similar to the the App Store and the iTunes apps, which is nice. However, I was a little annoyed that it didn’t have the same icon look to it as the App Store and iTunes Store.

Pros:

• Full acess to the Apple Store
• Small file size

Cons:

• It can take a while to load when not on Wi-Fi or 3G
• Does not have same icon look as iTunes Store or App Store

Because the iphone icon doesn't look like the itunes and app store application, that's a con? That's like saying, "that car civic doesn't look as good because it doesn't look like a a bmw". The app store, itunes and apple store apps are all different.

If you are me then yes this is a Con it would sit very nicely next to the app store icon if it had the same style icon...
And plus i don't understand why you think it shouldn't be a con. I wrote it and i thought it was a con. Are you saying im lying?
And yes i realize they are all different yet they all fall under the same category, all are bade by apple and all are stores.
As im sure your Primary School teacher said "if you don't have anything good to say don't say anything at all'.

I agree with the first commenter, also Estlin you need to learn how to accept constructive criticism. I do not think that should be a con either, it is pointless. Jon is not saying you are lying you are just over reacting, he was giving his opinion on what you wrote, take it, embrace it, learn from it.

Exactly! what matt said. Why are you getting so upset? How did I call you a liar? I said that the look of the app is not a con, just because it doesn't look like the itunes store or app store. And im not putting you down, im just telling you that I don't think that it's a con. You shouldn't post things if you don't want people to comment on it.

I accept the constructive critisisim but for me it is still a con. It just doesnt look nice.

I have to agree with Estlin about the icon. It is an official Apple Store app.... I kind of figured it would go along with the iTunes Store and App Store set. It's really not the same as comparing two cars that aren't supposed to go together. Now, I'm not saying that they necessarily should go together; I was just under the impression they were meant to.

And @Matt: I don't see how the first comment was constructive criticism. It was his opinion.... as was the original post.
