Colcasac MacBook Sleeve Review

The Colcasac is basically a "green" alternative to a neoprene sleeve. It is made out of hemp canvas that is grown and harvested in China. Hemp is natural and is nature's strongest fiber. The Colcasac comes in a variety of colors and patterns, along with a variety of choices for what product you want. They have sleeves for the MacBook Line (Air and Pro as well), iPad line, iPhone line, and Kindle line. What I like about them is that they are green in a sense and are also apart of "1% For The Planet". The sleeves are hand made if you are wondering.

The sleeve I purchased from them a while ago when I purchased my MacBook was the Zagora sleeve. It holds up so well and is very strong. I chose this instead of the traditional and boring neoprene sleeve because this has a velcro enclosure so I don't have to worry about it scratching my MacBook. It also has a built in outer pocket that is meant to put the power supply in. To me, it is a perfect combo.

My verdict on the sleeve is that it is very useful. Occasionally when I go out to my cousin's house, friend's house, or just on a trip I use this sleeve. My MacBook slides in perfectly with little effort. The only issue I have is housing the power supply. It is somewhat difficult to put in the case once my MacBook is in there. This is not a big deal, because I put it in anyway and I don't have a big issue. Overall, I recommend this as a green and neoprene alternative. Hope you enjoy my written review, and in the future I will have a video posted with this as well.

The Colcasac can be purchased at a variety of prices at their website.
