Mac App Store Updating Process
A few days ago, I made a demo & hands on video of the Mac App Store, In that video I mentioned that I would make a video about the Updating process on the Mac App Store, and how easy it is. Well, here you are!
The whole process is very simple, it duplicates the iOS App Store very well. I personally believe, the Mac App Store is yet another attempt by Apple to simplify the experience for Mac user's. Which could only be a good thing, right?
Either way, one thing which many people have mixed feelings about is the fact that you can only use the update feature to update App's you have downloaded/purchased from the Mac App Store, and not App's that you have bought directly from the developer or vendor, which in a way is a good thing as it keeps everything organised. Although in another perspective, it can be annoying for the user because as I mentioned before, only the apps which have been downloaded/purchased from the App store can be updated from the Mac App Store hence you're still going to have to manually update any apps which you have bought from a '3rd party'
