Sony Fights Back!

As most PS3 Owners know, there was a public release to Jailbreak your PS3. This jailbreak allows any PS3 to play Homebrew, and also Pirated Games.

According to George "geohot" Hotz's website, there were two people involved. Geohot himself, and the hacking group fail0verflow.

Hotz is accused of gaining "financial benefit through his unlawful conduct" through his PayPal account.

Geohot also is getting impoundment of "computers, hard drives, CD-ROMs, DVDs, USB sticks and other media"
