iOS 4.3
iOS 4.3 beta was recently released to developers, meaning that the public release should be coming soon. Rumor has it, that with the iOS 4.3 update, iPhones on AT&T will be able to use mobile hotspot just like the Verizon iPhones that are coming soon.
Sadly, it seems that iPhone 3G users will not be able to use iOS 4.3.
It seems that iOS 4.3 will be bringing the screen rotation lock feature back to the iPad. In my opinion, they shouldn't have robbed users of that feature in earlier updates.
iOS 4.3 seems to be going further than just letting you just use airplay with your Apple TV. With iOS 4.3, you will now be able to stream video from apps, websites, etc... to your Apple TV. Yes!

If you were well aware, the iPad does STILL have the screen rotation lock. You just have to double tap the home button and then swipe to the light and press the rotation lock button.
It was turned into a button rather than a switch. Thus making the feature wasn't "robbed" as you mentioned.
