Eric Schmidt Stepping Down as Google CEO

Google announced today in its fourth quarter earnings report that Eric Schmidt will be stepping down as CEO for the company.

I don't like all of this change of powers thing going on, technology has been advancing really greatly over the past few years, this hopefully won't be the start of a bad era of technology...
