Battlefield 3 Achievement Guides

Battlefield 3 is out, and achievements are in the air! Check out these guides that I made for three achievements in Battlefield 3.

Scrap Metal (25g) - Destroyed 6 enemy tanks before reaching the fort in Thunder Run

Just after the beginning of Thunder Run, you will gain control of the tank you are in. Drive forward. You will soon see six enemy tanks to your right. Destroy them all, and you will get this achievement.

Army of Darkness (30g) - Shot out the 4 lights with 4 bullets in Night Shift

This achievement is a bit tricky to obtain. You can get it literally right at the beginning of Night Shift. Keep in mind, your gun sways, and the lights sway. Aim for the top of the lights where they connect to the rope. There is a small delay between when you shoot and when the light is hit, as seen in the video. You don't really need to lead your shot, just keep that variable in mind.

Twofor (15g) - Took down 2 enemies with 1 bullet in Night Shift

This one is easy, and obtainable in many areas of the level. The easiest place to get it is right after obtaining the Army of Darkness achievement. Continue with the mission until you are at point where you need to cross a street and duck because of an oncomming vehicle. After the truck passes, you will sneak into an alleyway. Right before you do this, your partner will notify you of three enemies standing right in front of you and to not shoot them. Use your sniper to align two of them, and shoot. Bam.
