Gplus.to is basically the same tool as bit.ly, or any URL shortener, but for Google+ users. If you use Google+ you probably have noticed by now that the URL for your profile is not easy on the eyes. This site has simple and easy steps that will help you create a more memorable URL for your Google+ profile.
The site literally only has two steps. First step, choose your desired nickname. Second step, paste your Google+ ID in the text box. Which your ID can be found in the original URL of your Google+ profile. (Should be a line of numbers.) They kindly show you what they're looking for in a help image.

There is another good 3rd pary website http://myplus.co to shorten Google Plus profile URLs.
