Disgusted with T-Mobile, Very Pleased with Virgin Media

Exactly one year ago, as I was on holiday in Salisbury, me my Mum and my Dad all bought the same phone. It was a T-Mobile Pulse Mini. The price that my Dad had to fork out for all three of us was £99.00 for each phone. At the time it seamed brilliant. We thought it was worth our money, it had Android 2.1 on it and was very compact.

After having it for a couple of months, my phone had a problem. The touch screen stopped working. I sent it back, they fixed it. While it was being fixed, I had realised that the Pulse Mini wasn't a very popular phone. I couldn't find any cases or any accessories like phone chargers or screen protectors. Just two months after the repair, another problem. It would not charge. After I had this phone fixed (After waiting for about a month), I realised that T-Mobile had dropped the price from £99.00 to £69.00. We had realised that these phones were terrible. The screen was unresponsive and the battery life was too short. 

Me, my Mum and my Dad have still have this phone to this date, as we could not afford new phones at this current time. Then, we got with Virgin Media yesterday for our internet, land line and TV (TiVo). We had to call Virgin Media three times yesterday, but each time we had called Tech Support, they had fixed the problem within 10 minutes.

We have now found out that (Because we are Virgin Media customers) we have a special discount off of mobile phones from Virgin. Included are, the HTC Wildfire S, the Samsung Galaxy Ace and more. We have decided that we shall take the discount, and we are very pleased with the packages we currently have and the tech support!
