How I Write My Articles

Let's keep this short.

- Keep a book of ideas. I do this for YouTube and TekSocial, because when I get round to writing an article I find it hard to think on the spot so my solution to this is to carry a book around with you at all times with ideas for articles. Such as my last one, Top 20 Basic iPhone Tricks.

- Let your ideas come naturally. It isn't easy to just sit at a computer suddenly and decide that your going to write an article. You have to let your ideas build, everytime you get an idea put it in your book. By the time you will have finished your article not only will it be quality, you will be proud of your work. Well that is what I find!

- Think, Build, Edit & Write. A simple four step rule for writing an article. Think: you have to think to get your ideas. Build: you have to write in your book to build ideas together. Edit: Make the finishing touches. Last but certainly not least, Write: Get your finished article and type it in or simply, copy and paste!

- Use bullet points or numbers like in this article I have used - in my last article I used 1) 2) ect. it is a great, simple and effective way of writing a great article.

- Keep it short. You want to keep the reader interested, just waffling on and waffling on and waffling on will put the reader of and the chances is are he/she won't finish reading your article.

- You don't have to do it all in one go! You can write a bit save it as a word document and then come back to it in an hours time.

- Some people think that if they get a good idea they should save it, DON'T! I always use my good ideas straight away. Your not going to miss it. You just have to use that thing inside your skull called a brain and think of another great idea.

That is how I write my articles and believe me it worked! 7 great steps to writing an article. Hope this article helped and I'll write to you guys soon!
