Review: Speck CandyShell iPhone 4S Case

Before I dive into the review, I just want to mention that the Speck CandyShell line of cases for any iOS device has been my favorite line, hands down. They always offer great protection and style for an affordable price. Something that's always appreciated.

Anyway, I'll stop boring you and get on with the review. First thing that you'll notice is that the case has a rubbery interior and a plastic exterior. This offers great protection and a very decent shock protection if you happen to drop your iPhone. If you know me, I baby my iPhone but there are times that I'm clumsy and drop it. With this case, I feel that my iPhone is safe from a short fall.

Every case has their pros and cons and with this case, there are no exceptions.

Pros:

• Great Design
• Feels sturdy and safe
• Affordable at $34.99
• Works great
• Love that all the ports are open and are easy to access
• Don't feel like it's going to slip out of my hand. Has a great feel/grip to it.

Cons:

• Difficult to put on the device
• Glossy finish = a lot of scratches
• Due to the rubber edge of the front of the device, the creases get really dirty
• Lock/Volume buttons are difficult to press
• Causes corners of screen protectors to bubble
