My Countdown Lite: Free iPhone Countdown App Review

There are many great moments and big events in our life. Once they pass they are gone forever except in memory, and we are off to the next one. But there is nothing quite so exciting as the anticipation as it draws near. Just waiting for that big day, when what you have been waiting for has finally arrived. Is there anything more heart pounding than seeing the time drift away?

Most of us grew up marking off days on a calendar. But that isn't in fashion now, with the world going almost entirely digital. Especially with the iPhone being in most pockets, and able to keep track of dates. But why set a reminder when you can have an actual countdown?

What Is My Countdown Lite?

This is a very simple app that allows you to create multiple countdowns with unique background images for different events. For example, you could have one for your nephew's birthday, one for your pregnancy due date and one for your friend's wedding all set on their own countdowns and running on your phone. Each with their own special picture to commemorate it.

Conclusion

All of the reviews I have seen for this app have been positive, minus a few complaining about bugs since fixed. The ability to have several countdowns at once give it a lot of appeal, as does the fact that you can use different pictures for the background.

In the end, it is a super simple, easy to use countdown app that you will be sure to love.
