My Fitness Pal: iPhone Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker Review

There are a couple of weight loss trackers out there that help you to keep track of intake and calorie burning. But when you ask people for their recommendations, they are almost always going to recommend MyFitnessPal. But what if you want to take this app on the go, and don't want to use the limited mobile web version? What if you want something for your tablet?

You're in luck, because the well known fitness website has now released their Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker app for the iPad.

How It Works

It is like a mini version of the site. Track your calories using the largest food database on the web. See how much you have reserved for later meals, from calories, fat, protein, carbs and other specified nutritional data. Track through bar codes on food items, or manually enter in something you have made yourself.

You can even share with friends, seeing recent news and updates from your list, or updating yourself. Access the rest of the community and site features, as well.

MyFitnessPal is a popular site, and for good reason. Now you can take their tools around with you anywhere, on your iPad. Try it today!
