Word Rush iPhone Social Game Review

There are several word games on Facebook, but they are getting a little stale, don't you think? I am pretty sick of Words With Friends (we reviewed their Scramble with Friends earlier), which doesn't hold any challenge for me anymore. Which is what sent me looking for a new game that could offer me something more difficult. I found it in the fun app, Word Rush.

How It Works

You connect to Facebook and others who are playing the game. Challenge specific friends or find someone you have never met before. You have timers based on the difficulty level selected, starting at three minutes for easy games, up to a minute and a half for extreme.

Swiping through the cards, find new words before your friends. Gather coins as points, and bulk up your reputation over time. Simple in concept, but a lot harder than it sounds, this is perfect for word lovers looking for something new.

The reviews for this game are very positive. Most say it is fun, exciting and unique. The only problem reported has been crashes for some, but that is being addressed in the newest version. It is free, so try Word Rush today!
