Glary Utilities Review

You can never have to many tools on keeping your pc clean and protected. Not to long ago we looked into a program called CCleaner and thought of it to be the granddaddy of registry cleaners. Well after taking the time to look around a bit more I found a program that could top it. Today we will be looking into Glary Utilities, a registry cleaner and virus scanner combination pack from glary software. This is one of the first cleaners I have ever used and can say it works like a charm. The only difference between this program and CCleaner is the time it takes to scan your computer.

No joke during the making of this video the amount of time it took to scan my computer I played a game of chess and lost. It took about 15 minutes to do a full scan, which doesn’t seem like much but when you’re running on a laptop computer instead of a desktop in the middle of the summer it can be a dragon on the computer itself. Aside from the speed of the scan it checks every portion of your computer to make sure everything is running smoothly, and I have to say it works great.

What this software does that CCleaner doesn’t do is have giveaways. These giveaways are not for crappy software. Oh no. At the moment they don’t have anything up there, but last week they had some DVD Ripping and burning tools for free, and with DVD’s these days that tends to be more of a problem than backing up VHS tapes.  But who knows, maybe you might find a software package you may like for free.

That’s all there is really to say about this software package. Maybe you might find something better than this or maybe you already use it. Whichever the case I hope you found this tool useful in some way.
