Sleep Application for iPhone Review

Insomniacs rejoice! This app has become the biggest selling paid app in Japan, and it is now gaining traction in the US. Why? Because it has a proven method of helping anyone to sleep.

How It Works

According to the developers, it balances the autonomic nervous system using a “flicker” sound, relieving pressure on the sympathetic nervous system while you enter a sleep stage. I don't really know what that means, but it sounds good. And according to the reviews, it seems to really work.

You can choose from different sounds like rain, a babbling brook and a forest.

What People Are Saying

Both people with serious insomnia and those with only occasional problems alike are going nuts for this app. According to them, it has really helped to fall asleep, as well as regulate their overall sleeping schedule. I have ever heard people with jet lag saying this helped to reset their natural clock the same night they entered a new time zone. Which is quite a feat, as anyone who travels knows.

All in all, I would say it is well worth the $0.99. Get the app here
