Savannah Walking Tour Lite iPhone Application Review

The Savannah Waking Tour app has become pretty popular since it was released, and has some really positive reviews. But it is kind of costly in comparison to other iTunes purchases, and that presents a bit of a problem. Do you really want to pay $8.99 for an app you might not end up enjoying? Probably not, which is why they have provided a Lite version for free.

How It Works

Try the app in its free version and you will get the History At A Glance feature, three full stops with complete information, guides to local restaurants (with menu links), things to do and local festivals, and an overall look at the app itself.

When you unlock the full version you will get 3 – 5 hours of walking tour content with 22 tracks and 120 minutes of audio.

What People Are Saying

Ironically, the most common  complaint about the Lite version is that it doesn't have enough content. Which is silly, because it is just a tester app...it has more in the Lite than many other apps provide. But the full version has really high reviews, and is perfect if you are in Savannah and want a walking tour without the expensive in-person guide.
