Grooveshark is a free to use audio streaming service that focuses its attention on not just the selected audio you want, but social media aspects as well. Much like spotify you can find the song you are looking for and share it with your friends or family on your favorite social media based website. The site is easy to use and has a very simple user interface to allow for a better experience while on the website. There isn’t a lot to say about the looks and functionality of the website itself, but let’s just jump in on how exactly you find your music on this awesome website.

Applications like spotify allow you to choose a category or a single song and have it play like Pandora radio. Grooveshark is kind of similar to that idea, however you can search for a band you like and it will pop up with either the exact band you were looking for, or some other band doing a cover song. You can also search by the genre of music like Drum n Bass, Rock, Dubstep, etc. Once you find the song you like you have the option to comment on the song and see what others have to say about it as well or you can share with your friends. You can also make yourself a playlist on the account you’re logged into. This means every time you log in and want to play off of the same playlist you can.
