First of all, you heard it right: It's free... For now, while the developers are testing. It looks like it's going to cost $29 per month after that... It doesn't look like a too huge investment but whether you are going to use if after it's out of beta or not, it will definitely be a very enlightening experience.

Secondly, it looks very minimal and neat. I like that it's folded by default, so it doesn't hurt usability. And yes, the design is awesome.

Thirdly, it comes with some basic analytics and tracking options. Plus you will easily see which page your readers are contacting you from (That I imagine will give you tons of insight into which page of your site people need help with or which one seems to convert better or which one is getting traffic).

Overall, very nice implementation and we wish all the luck to the startup! Check it out!
