Fruit Ninja App Review (iPod touch)

Today I'm coming at you with an app review of Fruit Ninja for the iPod touch. Overall this is a very fun game and one I recommend for all iPod Touch and iPhone users. The developer of this application also made an iPad native application, which is $4.99. The iPod touch and iPhone application is $0.99 in the iTunes App Store.

The gameplay is very smooth. The graphics in this game are pretty great for an iDevice. I've played many games on my iPod touch in the past and the graphics were very bad. Another cool feature is the ability to post your scores to Twitter or Facebook, two social media websites that I use pretty regularly. I'm also not that into the star rating system for reviews, but I will say that Fruit Ninja is a definite buy. For full video coverage of the application please be sure to watch my video. If you have any ways I can improve, please be sure to leave feedback because I want to make videos you'd be passionate about being a follower of.

Best Way to Buy a Mac

You see, I have just become a Mac owner. I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro from the Apple refurbished store.  I got the higher end late 2009 model. It is amazing the price that I got it for and the quality of the product. Let's just say that I got the higher end MacBook Pro (late 2009) for less than the base line MacBook Pro (mid 2010). I have saved a great amount of money and the quality of the product is no different than a brand new Mac as well. The only difference that I found is the package that it comes in. The new products come in nice luxury boxes, but the refurbished Macs come in a white box.

Another way to great way to save money on getting a Mac is the discounts that you can get on the Apple site. If you are buying Macs for your business or if you are a student or a teacher and if you are serving in the military, you can get a discount on your Mac. The higher priced the Mac, the better the discount. The best discount that you can get off the Apple website is the educational one. You get your regular discount that you get with the other categories, but when you are a student you get a free 8 GB iPod touch with it, which is a really good deal.

If you want a brand new Mac and you cannot get a discount, the best thing to do is shop around. The Apple retail stores and online stores doesn’t always have the best prices. You can find them $50-$100 cheaper on other websites. When I buy an Apple product I always make sure the place I am getting the products from is an authorized Apple vender. To help you guys I out, I put some of the better websites that I use below:

http://www.macmall.com
http://www.macconnection.com/
http://macsales.com

The last way that you can buy a Mac is used. I do not advise buying used Macs online, however. When you buy it from a friend or someone you know that's different, that way you have the ability to check it out and see if you really want it.

The iPhone 4 Makes Me Smile

I've only been using the new iPhone 4 for a few days since its launch on the 30th, but every time I wake it, start texting, reading the news or playing a game, I can't help but smile. When you hit that sleep/wake button and the display lights up, you're constantly reminded of the amazing job Apple has done with the new display. And sliding that button across to bring up your home screen makes me smile every time.

The new retina display is phenomenally crisp and clear. It makes all text and pictures look incredibly natural on the screen and I honestly can't think of a clearer user interface.

The A4 chip blows my mind. Apps launch and run with no delay, no crashes and it makes browsing your phone an incredibly satisfying experience.

The phone feels incredible in your hand. Its got a great weight and feels very strong and durable.

Not one reception issue (what more do I have to say)

All these things just bring about a huge amount of self satisfaction while I use the phone. I never want to put it down.

Good job, Apple. Keep up the good work.
