Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program

Most everyone knows about the recent price drop in the pricing for the Nintendo 3DS, but what about the people who bought a 3DS when they premiered or shortly after they came out? Well, Nintendo has started the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program that allows these customers to recieve FREE NES game downloads as well as future updates and news on releases before anyone else. Does it make up for those who spent the extra $100 or so just to get it when it first arrived on the market, is that good enough for being a loyal Nintendo gamer? I think it is, I would like to see the possibility of other Nintendo 3DS owners to get the oppertunity to be a part of this program and experience some perks. Review: Bowtie

I have been looking for a client like Bowtie for a long time now, and I am glad that I found it. Bowtie is a desktop client that displays the current song you are playing in real time. This app is completely free and is highly customizable; I definitely recommend this app.

Buy a Mac Today, Free Upgrade to OS X Lion

Apple has announced that if you buy any Mac product from either Apple or an authorised seller then you will be given a free upgrade to OS X Lion via the Mac app store. Here is Apples press release on the matter:

"The Mac OS X Lion Up-To-Date upgrade is available at no additional charge via the Mac App Store to all customers who purchased a qualifying new Mac system from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller on or after June 6, 2011. Users must request their Up-To-Date upgrade within 30 days of purchase of their Mac computer. Customers who purchase a qualifying Mac between June 6, 2011 and the date when Lion is available in the Mac App Store will have 30 days from Lion’s official release date to make a request."
