How to Create Custom Vibration Ringtones for the iPhone

I was playing around with iOS5 the other day and stumbled upon this nifty little feature. It sparked an idea in my mind to have an ongoing iPhone tips playlist for my channel. No specific schedule for the videos being posted; just whenever I learn of a new tip or trick for you guys. If you want to be mentioned in a video and have a great tip you can always send me an email. Be sure to check out my site and I'll see ya later!

How To Open Files And Folders With A Single Click

I never liked double clicking on anything. It's somewhat of a hassle to click on something more than once... Okay, maybe it's not really all that important. I've honestly always used double clicking for files and folders. However, if you are someone who would like to be able to open any file or folder in Windows 7 with a single click, this is a great video for you! I have to give a huge Thanks to Matthew Sabia for doing this guest video for my YouTube channel, he's one of my favorite screencasters on YouTube and this one is as great as I've come to expect from him.

Mac Tip: Desktop Mode

Here's a quick tutorial for anyone with an Apple laptop with a Mini Display Port out there. It's about how to set up Desktop Mode. If you have a keyboard and mouse, you will be able to use your external display as your main display. I really like using desktop mode because I get more screen real estate, better work flow, and it's better for my work space. I hope this tutorial helped you out and hopefully it was useful if you have a Mac.

Mac Tip: Announcing the Time

Today I have a really quick tip for all of the people who use macs. That's a lot of people. I think a lot of people could put this tip into great use right away. It's announcing the time. I have this on hourly because I may get side tracked while doing some graphic design or video editing and just lose track of time. So, this tip is a very helpful one for me.

How to do this:

Open up System Preferences. Go to Date and Time. Then go to clock and check the box that says announce the time. If you follow these steps in the order of presentation, you will be able to put this tip into great use. Now, there may be some of you out there who like a video presentation over a written one. If so, please refer to the video above.
