Rolando 2: Review

Rolando 2 is a strategy/adventure game created by the popular iPhone game developer NgMoco, it is the sequel to the very popular game, Rolando. You will battle many new enemies with many new characters, and bosses in order to win. First, is gameplay. As far as gameplay goes, this game is solid. There is not one gameplay flaw that I could find while playing through my quest to finish the game. This is one of those games where there is always a way to get out of a “sticky” situation. Next up, is the story. In Rolando 2, your goal is to find the Golden Orchid, to cure a disease that 2 Sages have been given. There are many fun levels (that can be confusing at times) that can go on and on forever, but can be easy too. Now lets talk a little bit about music. One reason that people love console games so much is because of the soundtrack. Rolando is raising the roof with music, they have a full library of music from Mr. Scruff, and the music fits the game very well. Finally, the verdict. This game is an absolute must have for iPhone gamers, and it raises the standard for iPhone games. You will find yourself glued to your iPod until you finish. This is one of the best, if not the best, iPhone games to date. Definately check it out! It sells for $4.99 in the app store.
