Dear Yahoo, The PS3 Controller Can Be Charged!

Let me get started by saying that if a big name company doesn't know something simple like the fact that the PS3 controller is rechargeable, then they don't need to be reviewing. In a review of the PS3 from Yahoo, this is a piece of what they said. The PS3 "was all fun and games until the battery dies."

It's funny how Yahoo believes that once the controller dies you have to go out and buy a new one.

This is what Yahoo writer Anne Kadet had to say "Unlike its competitors, which use replaceable AA batteries, the PS3’s remote control is glued shut. When the battery goes, Sony customers have to blow $55 on a new controller."

This really does not make sense to me that someone would think this. If the PS3 controller only lasted one battery life and you had to pay $55 for a new one, then nobody would buy a PS3! I think it would be common sense to think something is wrong when you have to keep buying $55 controllers every few days. Yahoo, if you don't even know when a controller is rechargeable, I think you need to stop reviewing products; especially gaming systems.

Maybe they meant that if the battery died, for GOOD. Like it got old and couldn't take any more charges, you would be able to replace it. Like with the iPods and iPhone.
Get it?

But the first part you said; it doesn't sound like they knew what they were talking about.
