iOS 5 Semi Tethered Jailbreak
Quick state of the jailbreak. There is no iOS 5 jailbreak for the iPad 2 or iPhone 4S. However, for the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod Touch 4G, iPod Touch 3G you can use Redsn0w. This is a tethered jailbreak which I don't recommned, but once done you can add Semi Tether from the Big Boss source to make it semi tethered. This means if your iPhone reboots the only items that will not work are Cydia and Safari. This isn't a huge deal to live without until you can get to a computer and re-jailbreak with Redsn0w to make everything work again. I decided to take my iPhone 4 from iOS 4.3.1 to 5.0 and jailbreak this afternoon.

The new one also the better one is the untethered jailbreak, Jailbreak iphone 5 is kind of it, has more advantage compare with the previous one. It allows the device works without any computer help for it can provide the power self. Even the Jailbreak process is legal but some how the apple corporation has warn the warranty violation it provides if the users really have intentions to perform it.
