Review: "The Art of Getting By"

I've definitely been more into movies now, and I've really been getting a larger collection of DVDs. This particular movie I happened to just finish about a half hour ago. My first statement, I loved it! It is definitely going up there with some of my top favorites. I love Emma Roberts and she did a fantastic job in this movie. I don't remember seeing any movies with Freddie Highmore so this was by far a good first impression for me. He did an excellent job with his character, I'd like to see more of his work. I liked the whole setting of the story, how it's located in the city and also how the main characters are 18. (Easy to relate to since I am also 18) I love a good love story and I have to say that this was very cute. Also I like how art was intergrated into the movie but very suddle. Overall I think that it is a great movie to sit down and watch and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Capacitive Button on Next Generation of iOS Devices?

Recently in the news about iPod touches and things related. CrunchGear posted photos of what could possibly be the next iPod touch on their website. I will put there photos at the bottom of this post, but let me warn you the photos are super blurry and over-exposed. Now, the photos look very similar to the current generation iPod touch with one major difference in the aesthetics and functionality department. It will feature a capacitive home button to replace the current physical home button. There is still a chance that these photos are fake, but I do believe that Apple would do this. Especially if they want to fit a big 4-inch screen on the next generation of iOS devices.

The capacitive button isn’t the only new thing seen in the pictures. One of the photos shows a picture of the iPod touch in Settings>About, and if you look at the capacity you will see that it has a whopping 128GB of storage. That’s incredibly huge for something so thin! If Apple can put this in the next iPod touch while still maintaining a decent price it would be huge. I still have my doubts on such a large capacity in such a thin device, but we will just have to wait and see what happens.

OS X Snow Leopard August 28th Release?

As most of you know, or those atleast who have been following Apple and the release of Snow Leopard, you would know that yesterday Snow Leopard went into to Golden Master, which is probably the last build of Snow Leopard before the official release to us consumers.

Those who have had access to the Golden Master have been digging through the OS to find any changes Apple have made since the previous build, one thing they found was that the installation icon had been changed to Leopard's galaxy image, to a picture of a snow leopard.

One thing that several people have heard though is that Apple may be abandoning there original September launch window, for Friday, August 28th, ahead of schedule, does this make up for the lateness of Mac OS X Leopard? What are your opinions?
