Apple iPad Available for Pre-order

The day has finally arrived. The long anticipated tablet from Apple is now available for preorder, with the device arriving on your doorstep on April 3. All 6 configurations are available to preorder, but only the WiFi versions will be delivered on April 3. The prices are the same as they were when the device was announced.

Apple also updated the navigation bar on their website to include the iPad, and also separated iPod + iTunes into two different tabs.

Over the weekend I got around to pre-ordering my copy of OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on Amazon at the promised upgrade price of $29! Be sure to reserve your copy early, otherwise the rush of orders will get you stuck in backorder when Apple is expectedly overwhelmed with customers looking to purchase what is said to be "The world's most advanced operating system."
