Can We Escape Social Networking?

Today, we are in a generation where social networking is basically pwning the internet. With services such as Twitter,Facebook, and Myspace and a fine plethora of others, we can’t escape social networking, or can we? That is my question to you. Can we escape social networking? Now understand, I am not trying to drift people off the path of social networking. I am a member on Twitter and Facebook. So believe me, I am not discouraging social networking. So please reply with a comment or response with your opinion. Thank you!

Wow. this made me think. It would be like trying to quit smoking for me. i am addicted to catching up on my favorite youtubers' tweets, farmville on facebook, and the most powerful, most time consuming, trying to empty my youtube subscription box, which fills up daily. I would need some kind of thing to help me get through it, like nicorete, and i would have to do it slowly, one by one. A lot of the time i feel like I NEED to catch up on what charles trippy, and his fiancé, alli are doing on a day to day basis. But i can't forget about Shaytards, or Iamausticarrol, or jefftakover, etc. And with each of them roughly at least 10 minutes, that consumes a LOT of my day. :/
Great point.

Tough question. I think we all could, but it would be a challenge for most. I've heard of some jobs REQUIRING you to have a Twitter! Not sure if it's true. Going to Google it now, but not until I post this. I've already typed it all so no point in ruining it. haha.

oh my god @macbook's post gave me a great idea. Someone like google should make a youtube app. not for iPhone but for a mac. It would allow you easily check your youtube subscriptions, video's, and even upload video's. hmmmm, anyone want to make this a reality?
