Why I Sold My Nexus 7

Many of you have heard by now that I sold my Google Nexus 7. This video is an explanation as to why. I'd still be happy to answer any questions you have so leave them in the comments below before Sept. 25th to be included in the future Q&A video!

The Nexus 7's form factor was fantastic. Android Jelly Bean was surprisingly responsive and incredibly customizable. For an Android user, the Nexus 7 at $199 is an amazing tablet. For an Apple user, it will be hard to transition into the world of Droid. Especially if you already have an iPhone. Would I recommend the Nexus 7? Yes. Did I need one? No.

A special thanks to all 1800+ of you for your continued support through 100 videos! I look forward to the future! You guys ROCK!

Samsung Galaxy S3 Final Rumor Roundup & Thoughts

In less than 24 hours Samsung will officially release the long waited Samsung Galaxy S3. Just before the release, a big research, I’ll give you my final rumor roundup for the upcoming device.

In my opinion, the Samsung Galaxy S series are the best and most successful Android smartphones in the market. Both previous generations were excellent devices and the biggest opponents of the iPhone.

Now let's take a look, on what I think the Samsung Galaxy S3 will look like and of course it's specks. Before you read, the following things you are going to read, are just rumors. They can be 50% right and 50% false, so please, keep that in mind.

Let's start with the specks:

Display: 4.8" Super Amoled HD+ 720p with Gorilla Glass 2

Processor: Samsung Exynos Quad-Core Chip clocked at 1.4 GHz (Confirmed)

Ram: 1GB

Storage: Two models with 16GB/32GB of internal storage, expandable with Micro SD card up to 32GB

Battery: 2050 mAH

Connectivity: 4G LTE & 3G Support, Wi-Fi

Front facing camera: 12.1 Mpix recording FULL HD 1080p and flash support

Back facing camera: 2 Mpix recording HD 720p

Software: Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) & TouchWiz 4.0 User Interface

Now let's take a look at the design. The Samsung Galaxy S3 is rumored to have glass front, high-quality plastic back, metallic sides, physical home button and two touch sensitive menu buttons.

Here is a photo from "PhoneArena", of the Samsung Galaxy S3, that I personally think it's the most valid.

Overall I think that the new ”Galaxy” will be the best Android phone in the market and one of the top 5 smartphones in the world, including the Apple iPhone 4S, the HTC One X, the Samsug Galaxy Nexus and the Motorola Droid Bionic.

With that being said, what's your thoughts on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S3? Feel free to leave your opinions and questions that are related with this article, in the comment section below or mention me on Twitter @OrestGPap.
