Angry Birds iPad 2 Case

As with any release of a new Apple product, the world is filled up with boring black and grey cases to help protect the iPad 2 should it fall out your hand and damage itself on the pathway. Wouldn't that be terrible? But never fear, the Angry Birds are here to help protect your iPad 2 and cheer up your day.

Angry Birds; the ridiculously addictive iPhone, iPod and iPad game, is one of my all time favourite apps, without a doubt. Gear4 have announced that they will be releasing a range of Angry Birds iPad 2 cases, which are so revolutionary - they even protect the back. Those crazy birds, what will they come up with next? This has to be my favourite design.

Imagine, you're riding the train to work on a cold, wet, Monday morning and the guy opposite you whips out his iPad 2 with that case on it. I defy anyone who doesn't break into even a little smile. It's just so cheery and happy - I love it!

There are a couple other designs; one which looks like the original iPhone Angry Birds case and another which shows Birds v Pigs in a typical Nintendo Smash Brothers style. Whichever one you get though, they are all really cool. All I need now is an iPad 2.

I had a browse around the Internet and found the red one listed for £24.95 at mobilefun.co.uk, which I thought was a pretty reasonable price. I presume that the other designs will be added soon, so keep a lookout.

Incase Convertible Magazine Jacket Review [for iPad]

Today I'm giving a review of an iPad case called the Incase Convertible Magazine Jacket. It costs $49.99 from the Apple store. It only has a couple of cons. The cons are; it has a cheap feeling material and it get's dirty very quickly much like the iPad case by Apple. However there are pros as well. First, your range of motion with the 9.7 inch screen isn't limited at all, which is a huge deal to me. Another pro is great functionality. You can prop the case up to view videos, type e-mails, or play a game more conveniently. Overall this is a good investment if you'd like something simple.

Kroo Case Review

This is a video review on the Kroo Case/Pouch done by one of my closest friends and tech fanatics, Dezzy. The Kroo Case has many features that set it apart from most cases/pouches. It starts off by offering room and space for multiple gadgets at one time. It then has a front zipper pouch that is quite roomy and allows for extra storage and carrying of items such as spare batteries, HDMI, or usb. You will also notice that the Kroo Pouch has a side lanyard that is attached for more structured support and easier carrying. It is great for storing your tech gadgets and devices, and we recommend it.

Case-Mate Barely There Unboxing

Case-Mate, a popular case company, is currently holding a contest on FaceBook. This contest is where you refer 10 of your friends to Case-Mate. Once those ten friends become a fan of the page, you are prompted to get a free case. I chose the Barely There Case for iPod Touch 2g. This case was free, and it was definitely asking all my friends to like the Case-Mate page. 

I did not expect to get my case two days later. I got the free case confirmation email Wednesday night and I got it Saturday morning. I was extremely impressed that it shipped and arrived so quickly. That wasn't the only thing that impressed me.

The case included a bundle of extras, ranging from a screen protector, to a microfiber cloth, and a helpful squeegee. I applied the screen protector off camera as I am not that great at installing them, but this screen protector was so easy to install and now you can't see it at all. Its barely there!
