First Look: Samson MK-10 Professional Mic Stand

Before we trudge onward into the plethora of new videos I have in store for the channel, I thought it would make sense to introduce you all to my new microphone stand: the Samson MK-10. I'd highly recommend this boom stand to anyone with a small studio or home setup. Check out the video for more!

Some of my favorite features of this microphone stand include the built in boom arm and the build quality. The strength and resistance you can feel when setting height is very comforting. You know that your microphone will be safe and sound when attached to this guy.

Unboxing: Blue Yeti USB Condenser Microphone

Here we are with another microphone unboxing. This time it is the epic Blue Yeti, a professional USB condenser microphone with a ton of versatility. This was one of my Christmas gifts that I am very grateful for and look forward to using to improve my audio quality in my videos.

As many of you know, this is a microphone I'm very excited to use, seeing as it gives you control over gain, master volume as well as your pickup pattern. In audio terms, those are great things. Not to worry, I will be explaining all of these to you in an upcoming audio production series of videos. Stay tuned for many more videos relating to this mic!

Unboxing: Zoom H1 Handy Recorder Microphone

The Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS has taken the tech community on YouTube by storm in the past few weeks with many major video makers buying the camera. But before there was the 300 HS, there was the Zoom H1 by Samson. I must admit that I have now jumped on the bandwagon in an attempt to try out this sub $100 microphone. The low price will be quite attractive for many and still deliver professional audio quality to any camera setup. Watch as I unbox the Zoom H1 and give a quick rundown of why I picked up this guy.

If you have any specific questions regarding this microphone or my camera setup in general, feel free to leave them in the comments.
