iPhone 5 Release on September 7th?

The newest rumor regarding the iPhone 5 is it's September 7th release date. It seems pretty plausible, considering Apple releases iPods around that time and iOS 5 is due out this fall. What do you guys think?

"Where's my camera?"

After yesterday's event, the world has bombarded the Cupertino company with everything from questions to complaints regarding the absence of a camera added to the iPod touch line. While the iPod touch recieved a drastic price drop, new GPU, and updated OS, there still isn't a camera. To our surprise, Apple introduced a tiny little video camera on the Nano line. So what's up?

 Steve was prompted immediately after the event, when he told vlogger and columnist David Pogue that the iPod touch is in the "gaming" market, and lowering the price offered the most inexpensive route to the App Store.

 While we may not all agree with Apple's decision, I can say that I'm confident a camera will show up on the iPod touch in the near future. Stay tuned.

iPod Touch Third Generation Coming?

It is the third most probable apple rumor over the past couple of days, with the rumor of the Apple Tablet coming this fall. iTunes 9 coming also with blu-ray support and other iPhone app organization features, but this rumor tops them as the most probable of the three. A third generation iPod Touch is most likely to come out this September in an emergency iPod meeting heading into the shopping season.

This device is rumored to have:

A camera with ability to obviously take pics as well as video

A built in microphone, maybe for a skype ability

Increase in memory, possibly a 64 GB model, which also would raise the price

An OLED screen which makes colors look a lot better

And maybe even a color change

Front facing camera, maybe for chat room abilities

So with that said, if you can hold out on buying an iPod Touch until mid September and if you already bought one, check your return policy to see if you can return it to possibly get a new iPod.
