It looks like you will not be able to get your iPad for the same $399 TJ Maxx price at any Apple Store anytime soon. I had this problem with an app last week. Every time I started it, it crashed. I would have to wait for the iPhone to reboot. Now I realize this is only $0.99 cent and most people wouldn't have gone this far for a refund, but I mean come on, there are a lot of things I could have done with that $0.99 cents.
Here are the steps I went through to get my $0.99 cent refund.

Select the app that you want a refund for
Fill out Dispute and send

This video was about my initial impressions about the very interesting PSP Phone. The phone has a very similar form factor to that of a PSP Go. However, it will be running on the Android platform. It should provide the latest firmware, which will be 3.0. You will also be able to play titles from the PSP which I think is a great feature for all the gamers out there. The phone has a d-pad so that will be great for gaming. Playstation phone also packs a 1 GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM. There haven't been too many details released about the phone, so I will continue to provide details for you! Thank you for watching!
