I have found a couple of good ones, but most seem to be pretty lackluster. The filters are nothing write home about, and I am especially unimpressed with those that let you create black and white images with bits of color. Just because it doesn't evenly distribute it, and often it throws off the original color as well, making it look dull.
ColorBlast works a lot better in this regard. It is specially made to let you create black and white, tinted or sepia tone photos. Then intensify the color of a specific object, or make it a different color if you choose.
One company, Coloud, focuses on design and style when it comes to their products. Simple color is what they determined was the best fit for their Coloud Colors Earbuds & Headphones series. While they boast a wide collection of modern and pop culture designs, one of their most popular series is of course the colors series which is simply one certain color and nothing else on a set of earbuds or headphones. This works quite well!
