Coloud Colors Earbuds Review

One company, Coloud, focuses on design and style when it comes to their products. Simple color is what they determined was the best fit for their Coloud Colors Earbuds & Headphones series. While they boast a wide collection of modern and pop culture designs, one of their most popular series is of course the colors series which is simply one certain color and nothing else on a set of earbuds or headphones. This works quite well!

Fake Beats by Dr. Dre Tour

So by now you most definitely know that there are fakes being made of most all famous brands and being sold online for fractions of the cost of the real ones. Well, I decided to order a pair of what I presume to be fake Beats earbuds, I presume this because the price was about 1/10 of what they retail for and they did not come in retail packaging. How does the quality of these fakes match up? Do they sound good? Do they look good? My verdict is if you are looking for a cheap pair of earbuds that look cool, these are it, but if quality is what you seek go for the real deal and buy some real Beats, check out the video review and get an idea of how far chineese fakes have come and how real they really do look.

Sony MDRPQ4/BLK PIIQ Headphones Review

It's hard to determine in the vast earbud and headphone market today, which pairs have good sound quality and which pairs are just for looks. In fact I was surprised to learn that most earbuds and headphones sold anymore base their product on looks and lack in the sound category. With that said, I found a pair of earbuds that look good and sound good! They are very affordable and they come in a variety of cool modern designs, but the main selling point for me was the fact that they are PIIQ earbuds which are a brand of Sony. I have always loved the sound quality of Sony products, so I figured I would give them a try, even though I was a tad skeptical of the low price point, thinking that if they are under $20 then they couldn't have too great of a sound, but what I have found is that the sound is comparable to my Apple In-Ear Earbuds.

[Review] Skullcandy INK'd Earbuds

I've been using the Skullcandy INK'd earphones now for around 2 months, and the quality of the product is incredible. I paid around £9.99 for my earphones, and overall I've been extremely impressed with them.

- Design
The design of the Skullcandy INK'd earphones are very minimal, using a single cable from the headphone jack, to a centerpiece in the middle of the line with the skullcandy name. Then the cable splits into 2, leading to the very efficiently designed ear-buds. These seemed to be made from metal. I have the dark grey ones, so I see a dark metal outer, with a plastic black band which is actually used for bass reflex. The back of the ear-buds have the skullcandy "skull" logo, and are very small in the hand. The ear bud attachments vary in size, I personally recommend the biggest ones to hold them in your ears, and to block out all outer noise.

- Performance
I use my Skullcandy INK'd earphones with my MacBook & iPod Touch, both have a very high output for audio, and these earphones just do not give in to any pressure, volumes or strength I throw at them. I've had my iTunes on full volume, my MacBook on full volume and the EQ inside iTunes on +12db to really push the earphones, and they didn't give in. This to me shows that these earphones are made to withstand the best of pressures, and are definitely reliable.

- Protection
The only thing I can recommend when using thee earphones, is that don't get the cables tangled up. If you can, also clean the ear-buds every now & again to maintain performance.

My conclusion is, if you want performance earphones, with a nice style to them, then definitely get the Skullcandy INK'd earphones.
