Chrome Apps Episode 4: My Chrome Theme

I’ve been using Google chrome for a while now, and one of the many things I like about this browser is the themes. At first I used to think there was a lot that went into making a theme, even after looking at this application I still think someone made a complex thing so simple. However the application “My Chrome Theme” makes creating themes much easier

Review : SwitchEasy Nude Ultra Case for iPhone 5

I've been using the Nude Ultra Case from SwitchEasy for a few days now and I'm comfortable with writing a honest review about it.

Upon first feel, it was light and seriously thin. Just 1mm thin all the way round! Putting it on the iPhone was simple, just like most cases. I go for the buttons first method and it works fine.

[Review] Avantree 'Pluto Air' Hybrid Bluetooth Speaker

I have always been impressed by these little Bluetooth speakers, and the Pluto Air from Avantree is no exception.

I must thank Avantree for sending this out for review.

When you receive the product you are greeted to this small, not so powerful looking speaker sitting in the box along with instructions, a 3.5mm audio cable, USB charging cable and a carrying pouch, the device to me didn't seem like much of a product. I instantly got it out and paired it up to my smartphone and my mind was changed. The music quality is a lot better than I had originally expected. There isn't much in terms of bass, but that is expected from such a small unit. The pairing was smooth and quick, and I managed to get the device to pair with my Mac and my phone effortlessly. I would say you get more quality through the 3.5mm cable, which may not be gold-plated, it still carries good quality.

The Best Leather Case For The iPhone 5: Sena's UltraSlim Classic For iPhone 5 Full Review

I first came across the brand Sena on a forum (not unlike the ones on The Verge or Lifehacker asking readers to choose and vote on their favorite cases) - back in those days, Sena was nowhere as popular or as mainstream as they are now. However, just visiting the website alone for the first time perked my interests: they seem to be doing leather cases exclusively. Of course, there were many variations of the type of leather cases they did including snap-ons, silicon-type all around cover and the slip-ons. In this review, we're going to be talking about the slip-ons, the famous UltraSlim Classic for the iPhone 5 (they have other variations of this case such as the UltraSlim Access) since they seem to be the most popular model as well as being, well, the original.

Starting off with the packaging, we're got an incredibly simple boxed case with a clear see through window. On the top of the box we see what Sena is really famous for - "Handcrafted/Italian Leather". Moving to the back of the box, we've got a few more descriptions such as "Handcrafted from the finest quality, full-grain leather". Even before prying into the box, the whole presentation just screams quality.

Sony Xperia Z - One Week On

I made the move from iOS recently and purchased a Sony Xperia Z smartphone to use as my new 'Daily Driver', and after one week I have been using the phone extensively to put it to its paces and get a sense of how the phone will be in the long run.

It took quite a while for me to actually purchase the Xperia Z, as I was in a situation trying to find the perfect phone to me. My original list were the Xperia Z, HTC One, Samsung Galaxy S4 (Pre-order) and the iPhone 5, after around 30 minutes of playing with the HTC One and the iPhone 5, I ruled those out. The S4 wasn't available to have a toy with due to it not being released, so I opted for the Sony Xperia Z, after ruling the other three phones out due to the reasons above.
